Training my Joy

”… Perhaps a surprised mimic is more optimistic than a depressed one. And it begins! A smile sets on my face. It might be a stupid one at first, but it’s there. Then the shoulders straighten and the head slightly tilts towards the back. I get up and my gait is sprightly. It seems like these heavy clouds are not hovering and pressing down so unpleasantly anymore! Thin air should help me feel better. A slight hypoxia with euphoric symptoms sets in. After analysing my hypoxic hypoxia, I start to remind myself of another scene from the past. It has two sides. First is the dramatic one! … Once more, the dramatic side of the story sneaks into my mind …”
